For moments together
Coffee by day, Georgian wine by night.
Our name
Lileo takes its name from an old Georgian folk chant to the sun — mornings here move slow over pour-overs and Turkish coffee; by evening the room turns to qvevri wine and khachapuri straight from the oven.
In the room
The one to order
Georgia's boat-shaped khachapuri arrives molten — cheese, butter, and a raw egg stirred in tableside until it sets. It's the dish regulars order before they've even sat down, paired with a glass of qvevri-aged Saperavi.
