Our name
Lileo takes its name from an old Georgian folk chant to the sun — Inspired by warmth, light, and Georgian hospitality, Lileo is a cozy and welcoming neighborhood space for specialty coffee, Georgian wine, cuisine, and meaningful moments together.

Georgia's boat-shaped khachapuri arrives molten — cheese, butter, and a raw egg stirred in tableside until it sets. It's the dish regulars order before they've even sat down, paired with a glass of qvevri-aged Saperavi.
